Who We're Looking For
We're building our first partner cohort with a small group of practitioners who want to shape how AI-powered career navigation works in a guided context. Three archetypes fit best:
Career Coach / Resume Strategist
You work 1-on-1 or in small groups with job seekers and want to give them a system that compounds between sessions.
University / Enterprise Transition Program
You manage career services, alumni transitions, or executive outplacement and need scalable tools for cohorts.
Professional Development / Outplacement
You run workforce programs, upskilling initiatives, or outplacement services and want AI-powered career navigation at scale.
The Pilot Cohort
The first partner cohort is small and intentional. We're selecting 3–5 partners for a 60-day pilot. Each partner brings 5–10 clients through the system. You get direct access to the product team, influence over the partner experience, and first-mover positioning as this channel grows.
